- The models around followership styles from Kelley & Chaleff as well as Kelley’s seven paths to followership.
- The Cynefin framework popped up again.
- We ended with some discussion on mindfulness and self-awareness.

My ‘context’ for trying to get a ‘fix’ on Followership for the first time is the client / consultant relationship – where clearly there is a follow and a lead paradigm. The consultant leading and the client following is obvious. But I think that the reverse should apply in an optimal consulting relationship too.
